The AiM Steering Wheel 4 270mm is a steering wheel with a freely configurable 4.3" TFT display and integrated data recording. It has four configurable RGB alarm LEDs, eight configurable RGB switch lamps and two CAN connections for communication with over 2000 control units. In addition, it has ten freely configurable push-buttons and three rotary switches with RGB backlighting, the optional analogue inputs are expandable through Channel Expansion.  

The sturdy aluminium housing meets the requirements of protection class IP65, making the Steering Wheel 4 suitable not only for touring cars but also for open vehicles. The integrated buttons can be used to adjust the settings of the Steering Wheel 4 and switch between the configured sides.

The Display


The freely configurable 4.3" TFT colour display of the Steering Wheel 4 270mm has a contrast of 800:1 and a brightness of 800 cd/m2 or 1,100 lumens. A light sensor constantly adjusts the contrast and brightness to the environment. Whether different display pages, warning messages or mathematical channels - all this can be shown on the display. 

Steering Wheel 4 270mm RGB Alarm- and shift lights

The AiM Steering Wheel 4 270mm has eight switching and eight alarm lamps. These are freely configurable in RGB colours.

The shift lamps can be set the same either for each gear or for all gears. A separate colour can be selected for each LED.

The eight alarm lamps can either light up, flash slowly or flash quickly when a set min. or max. value is reached. In addition, a message can be shown on the display or a signal can be emitted.

The alarm lamps can also be set in different RGB colours.






AiM RaceStudio3 Software for Steering Wheel 4 270mm

AiM RaceStudio3 Software Button

RaceStudio3 is the software for the new generation of AiM loggers.

This software can be used to create configurations and transfer them to the USB device. The measured values can be checked via an online mode or a recording can be started manually.

With RS3, mathematical channels can now also be created, transferred to the unit and shown on the display.
